Second time playing the East Course at Windyke visiting Memphis as a member of a network invited club in Atlanta. Staff is very welcoming, great pro shop, and great facilities. Course layout has a lot of scoring opportunities and playing the back tees will make you hit every club in your bag. We would join if we were local! Will be back on our next trip in town.

We held a wedding reception recently at Windyke. The entire staff from the planning to the clean up was so courteous and professional. When our original plans needed to change due to a downpour during the wedding, they handled all changes with grace and perfection. The chef was so attentive to the food and the buffet line was so well maintained. Windyke did an amazing job! It was the perfect place!

This review is only to the brunch offered at the country club, although the golf course itself looked like a fairly good one and lush. The brunch service was decent. I was a part of a large party, but there were delays in the food being brought out and some individuals were missing food items that had to be relayed again. It appeared that the missing food items were prepared, but there was some confusion on what table they were supposed to go or who had what. But it was not five star service. The food overall was good. It was not overwhelming good but not terrible. The Greek omelet was delicious as well as the grits. The fruit was fresh and sweet, well worth the addition. The sausage was a bit too meaty and did not have the best flavor in my opinion. The hash brown casserole was similarly prepared as the grits with cheese, but it did not give the same impression because I expected more from a hash brown casserole than the potatoes and cheese. The biscuit was not right and tasted like it was missing something and not soft that I could not eat it.

Guard gate must be passed in order to enter the grounds. Nice tennis courts and pool. Clubhouse is a pretty nice size with a couple of different options. Brent in the pro shop was the standout guy and made the course worth driving to. He had the best customer service out of all of the courses that I play in the city. I flew in and hadn't checked into my hotel and wanted to get a round in prior to business. He took my bags and kept them safe and was beyond kind. THANKS BRENT!!!

We have been members at Windyke for several years. The club includes tennis, swimming and golf. Facilities are expansive. There are personnel available for teaching and coaching in all sports. Youth development programs are abundant. Staff is friendly and professional. Golf includes 36 'regulation' holes, an expansive range and short game, sand and practice areas. Practice greens are available for putting near both the East and West tees. The 18 hole Par 3 course is among the favorites on the facility for me. The snack bar, restaurant and bar have all been recently improved. Food quality and value are both excellent. Value overall is the best in town. Highly recommended.
