Got to play as part of a special event. If I didn't know better I woukd have thought we were in Scotland. Crazy this was a landfill back in the day. Great pro shop with lots of clothes too.

Course was awesome . My caddie was less than stellar. Wade Griffin should not be caddying. He knows nothing about golf and is honestly kind of rude. I think he is more suited to picking up the balls on the range by himself. I will be back for the course not the caddy.

Just an unbelievable place! Such a unique and fun golf course. Amazing for practice facility… And super fun part three course! Also an exceptional director of golf!

Either it's dusty or muddy. Nice links course but lack of trees within the course makes for a hot day.

A totally different golf experience than you'll get anywhere in Texas, or possibly America. True links style. The caddies are marvelous and worth every penny and more. Invaluable too as going around the course without some preexisting course knowledge breaches the realm of the impossible. Hole 14 is what I'd call the signature hole, offering a delicate tee shot, and blind approach shot, a green who's read borders on insanity (there's a black hole buried in the lake to the back right, no matter what you see, the ball is going there), and panoramic views of the entire course. The main defense is the wind and the subtle and nuanced greens. There are no trees to block wind, so whatever you feel outside your doorstep will be multiplied once you step out onto this course. Starting this year TF will be hosting the Byron which should offer an excellent test for the pros. The PGA would be fools not to host a major here.
