Review from Aug 2025. Best conditions in Vermont! Firm and fast greens that remind you of resorts like Sand Valley, Kiawah, and the like. Great conditions without being too baked out. Good drainage for a mountain course, especially approaches on the back 9 such as 15 and 14. Some blind shots so be prepared. The holes can be a bit tight, but the elevation is fun, and the views are gorgeous. The front 9 takes a little climb before finishing around the lake. The back 9 climbs more than halfway up Spruce Peak ascending by the chair lifts. Some blind shots but downhill roller coaster rides on the back 9. Love the architecture of the back 9. Shoutout to the staff including Sean and Michael for having us out.

Fun fun fun. 4 birdies and an eagle and shot 81. High highs and low lows. Views on the back 9 are breath taking and one of the nicest mountain courses I’ve played in terms of conditioning. When the wind blows it’s a beast!

This course is breathtaking and absolutely stunning! Challenging hilly terrain and fast greens. Does come with a hefty price tag, but well worth it!

Gorgeous setting, well maintained, friendly staff. Golf course itself is a bit gimmicky - more blind shots here than any other course I've ever played.

Had an awesome time walking around the cart paths on our Tuesday morning hike.
