Fairwood Golf & Country Club: Fairwood

My fiancé and I met with Autumn, the event coordinator at Renton Fairwood Golf Course, to discuss reserving our wedding date. She was kind and welcoming during our initial meeting and mentioned that email or text would be the best way to communicate, so we followed that advice. Unfortunately, after that meeting, it became difficult to hear back from her. I waited about a week with no response and had to reach out multiple times (3–4 follow-ups) after being told, “I’ll get back to you.” Our last message was left unanswered, which was disappointing since we were genuinely excited and referred by a friend who had great things to say about her. We completely understand that this was before we put down a deposit and don’t expect top-tier service. Though this was a very meaningful date for us, and we had agreed to keep communication clear to secure it. There are no hard feelings, but we wanted to share our experience so other couples know what to expect when trying to save their date here. We truly wanted this to work out and wish the team all the best moving forward.

Played there as a guest - nothing fancy. I would describe the course as a well maintained old school course - tight fairways with lots of trees. The greens are very challenging and definitely the highlight of the course. The clubhouse and restaurants are nice and comfortable with reasonably priced food and their alcoholic drinks are very nice - including the Bloody Mary and Michelada. They serve stiff drin The practice facility is awesome. Key is that the place is NOT pretentious at all.

We were lucky enough to partake in a golf tournament at Fairway golf country club. The staff were great. The event was amazing and the golf course is really nice. We are definitely thinking about spending the money and joining. They really do a good job with upkeep here.

Great club, challenging, well groomed golf course. Friendly staff, no pomp and circumstance. Good food, great swimming pool.

We recently hosted a special birthday party at the club that had many moving parts. Autumn Nall, Event Coordinator, did a fantastic job of providing the delicious food and services we required and the evening was a huge success. Hats off to the hardworking and respectful wait staff. Service was impeccable. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories.
