High Valley Country Club: High Valley

Went to pools to go swimming and both pools were freezing cold, also need cleaned. Bottom of pools have a lot of gravel from deck. Really hard to swim when water is so cold even tho it was warm out. It doesn't bother kids so much as adults.

Been coming here forever, but its been a little while. The course is just fine as always, but the older woman checking us in was incredibly rude during check in, and this was very disappointing. Other folks on the course reported similar treatment in the past. Not sure why the staff behavior is acceptable, but it makes us hesitant to return here. I hope that something is done about this to prevent this behavior in future, because it's clearly an ongoing issue.

Went for a walk by butter Creek and let Morgan watch the water...a really pretty trail alongside the creek is one I love to walk down and put my thoughts together on. When we headed back, decided to take my son down and let him play. The two of us enjoyed the slide way too much lol. A beautiful clubhouse, and the grounds are well maintained. A lot of personal TLC is taken in the upkeep and personal touches that people add year round

Very nice grounds, but there is a woman there in her upper 60s or low 70s who is extremely rude. If anyone in any other business talked to me and my family that way she would have been fired on the spot. She has zero business keeping her job. She was extremely rude and argumentative and treated my wife and kids awful. I will not come back here unless she is fired and I will not recommend to anyone until she no longer has a job.

Very appealing & definitely a thought to purchase property on this community.
