New docks, nice beach, swimming pool, tennis court, clubhouse, quiet retreat!

this yellow sign at your main entrance says deliveries must be made via Lakeshore Dr but this is a very bad idea for heavy trucks, I suggest you to install signs that clearly indicate the route for trucks and put Lakeshore “no truck”

Nice and quiet Marina from what I see, they just installed 2 rows of newly upgraded docks over the Fall/Winter season. They just dredged out their channel for the 2024 season. Let's hope it's a good one.

Great facility with many pros and cons. Upon first arrival it is a beautiful facility that is well-maintained and up-to-date. You will also notice that marina is not even 50% occupied? I had a very hard time understanding this when I first joined the club. I have been there for two years now and have gotten to see some of the internal struggles of the club and why it’s so available. Slips are for sale at a record low one dollar!! Why???? I’m not here to list all the things that are wrong with the place but NEVER buy here there are always at least 50% of the owners that are looking to give their slips away or rent for next to nothing just to try to get back some of the fees they been paying while not using or being able to sell their slip. You thought the boat was the worst investment. They also have different rules for “MEMBERS” and “OWNERS” which is confusing and deceiving. Hope that didn’t scare you! Happy boating! - Peace the Family Man-

Gated Private Harbor, many amenities swimming pool, tennis court, private beach on Lake Michigan, sand volleyball court, beautiful green areas, self-service clubhouse, wifi, cable & ample parking. Slips are owned, friendly community/club.
