About the club

The prime real estate golf for courses in the Perth area is to be sure located in the northern suburbs, but Meadow Springs just to the south at Mandurah is nothing to sneeze at; the fact that it was designed by Robert Trent Jones II alone will make it attractive to golfers. Compared to clubs like Lake Karrinyup or Joondalup, Meadow Springs is neither particularly long nor enclosed, and its native vegetation has less visual impact, though it definitely gives character to the holes. Jones made superlative use of the open space in order to make each hole a unique experience. Since much of the golf here is corporate, the aim has been to create a course that tests the accomplished players while providing enjoyment for the merely average. It seems to be a family tradition for the Joneses to lavish their attention on well-appointed complexes like Meadow Springs.
