Fortune Hills Golf and Country Club

Originally intended to be an 18-hole course, Fortune Hills is now a nine-hole course that plays to championship levels when played twice from the different tee settings. Overall the nine holes play to a solid 3,458 yards with a 125 slope rating. Designed by Joe Lee and Dick Wilson, Fortune Hills not only gives golfers decent greens and a brilliant setting, but also some tough challenges, especially on the third hole where water will be a golfer's nemesis. Always striving to keep the course in top condition, the management is constantly working to keep the greens and fairways perfectly manicured. Near great fishing options, Fortune Hills has become a must play for those looking to experience all the golf Freeport has to offer.
