Birnam Wood Golf Club was established in Santa Barbara, California in 1967 by Robert Trent Jones Sr., who is considered one of the premier golf course architects of the 20th century. Nestled in the scenic foothills of the Santa Ynez Mountains, it's a private, full-service, member-owned club that has provided recreational and social amenities to its members for over 50 years. Membership at Birnam Wood is by invitation only. The club does not host outside group events or weddings, and all facilities and amenities are strictly for the use of club members and their guests.
