Palos Verdes Golf Club
About the club
The Palos Verdes Golf Club was established in 1924 as part of the original Palos Verdes Project, a planned community development by Frank Vanderlip . The course was designed by noted architects George C. Thomas Jr. and William Bell, who also collaborated on other prestigious Southern California courses including Riviera Country Club and Bel-Air Country Club . The course officially opened for play in 1925 .
