About the club
Roosevelt Municipal Golf Course is a picturesque executive 9-hole course located across the street from the Greek Theatre. The course opened in 1964 to replace the old Roosevelt which was the remains of the original Griffith Municipal Golf Links lost to the relocation of the Los Angeles Zoo. Roosevelt is a very hilly and challenging course with beautiful views of the whole Los Angeles Basin as well as the Griffith Park Observatory. It is a walking only golf course.
