San Vicente Bungalows has a 10-year waiting list, strict no-photography policy, and a membership committee that has turned down A-list celebrities. The bungalow-style property on San Vicente Boulevard is deceptively modest from the outside — inside it's the most coveted social address in Hollywood. 1,500 members maximum. No social media. No press. The anti-Soho House.
