Moreover, because Spring City is a resort rather than a private club, everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the excellent golf here. Situated on the shores of Yangzonghai Lake, the Mountain Course makes the most of the native setting. Despite its challenges, the course is not deceptive, and remains great fun even for the average golfer with its five various teeing options. There are many pleasures to be had amid the ample fairways and greens and nicely strategic bunkers, but what really sets the course apart is the sheer cleverness of the design and the setting. The long par 4 18th caps things off perfectly with a green that overlooks a small valley.
