Great atmosphere, fabulous food, really nice lounge area and patio, in the summer

Extremely private, member owned and operated so it’s very professional from the GM to the head golf professional. The etiquette is “old school” which as a lover of the gentleman’s game suits “true golfers” to the t. Entire staff and restaurant (which is open to the public) are hands on and authentic. For those that are fortunate enough to play the course at CCR they will experience golf as Jack Nicklaus intended.

Very disappointed. My parents have a home in Colorado and have gone to this course for lunch many times with no reservation ever and have had a wonderful experience. During our recent trip there, we went to go have lunch with my parents and my family. My husband and kids are Hispanic and the rest of us are Caucasian. When we asked for a table the hostess told us there was no space for us today bc there was a women’s golf tournament. We were fine with that and said ok and began to leave. Then she said “you know you should really make call and make reservations if you want to come to a place like this.” It wasn’t what she said, but rather the demeaning tone in which she said it that had all of us leaving feeling less than. I don’t typically notice these things, and maybe I am wrong in assuming it had to do with race, but it certainly was perceived that way.

The patio is a fantastic place to grab lunch. Service is not fast, but it's great to soak in the views. It was also great to watch the golfers go by. The menu is pretty standard faire but it's done very well.
