Pickala Golf

About the club

Pickala's newest field is Forest, completed in 2004. The field goes around Pickala, an area of almost 200 hectares on its edges. Forest perfectly complements Pickala's three-field ensemble with its own strong personality. The course starts with the handsome top-down par Nelos and continues for the first eight holes, sharing the same opening with Pickala's other two courses. On the back, the nature of the course changes and especially the last nine holes are for many its best gift; there the fairways progress in their own peace. Forest is generally regarded as the best course in Pickala, and in the last course ranking of 2019 (Golfpiste) it was ranked as the ninth best golf course in Finland.
