Outdoor amenities include 5 swimming pools, an 18-hole Par 3 bundled golf course, 8 lighted HAR TRU tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts, 6 shuffleboard courts and 3 bocce courts. Indoor amenities include a fitness room, a library, a catering kitchen, and a large common area and lanai. We love Breckenridge for many reasons, but mostly because of the People ! They are genuine & very helpful. We rented for 4 years & then bought last year (2024) and still love it. There are so many activities going on every day- something for everyone ! Breckenridge really is a hidden gem in Estero !!

My husband and I came here to Breckinridge Golf and Tennis for December 2023 and January 2024. Our friend told us about this place and we knew we would love it right away. The people here were so helpful and kind to us, lots of owners and renters, safe place lots of pickleball every day and eight tennis courts which are clay courts. The whole gated community is in walking distance. We also enjoyed Bocce ball and Shuffleboard. Card nights in the clubhouse and felt at home the whole time here so many coming and going and met so many beautiful people. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We bought our condo here last year and couldn't be happier. We are enjoying the friendly community and the beautiful grounds. There are so many great activities to join in on and making new friends in the process is a bonus. Also, the location is central to beaches, shopping, and restaurants so we never have to drive far. Best decision we ever made!!
