Founder Nick Jones opened the first House in 1995 above his restaurant, Cafe Boheme, in a Georgian house in London's Soho. Its Houses combine places to eat, drink, work, exercise and stay, with screening rooms and an art collection of more than 8,000 works.

Miami Pool House sits where Wynwood meets Edgewater, near Wynwood Walls and the Institute of Contemporary Art, and is the second Soho House in Miami. The page states that it is shut for refurbishment until winter 2026, after which it will reopen as a Soho Health Club with indoor and outdoor gym space, contrast suites, racquet facilities and a restaurant built around nutritious food.
