About the club
Rio Pinar Country Club was established in 1957, with its golf facilities designed by Mark Mahannah. As one of the oldest privately owned golf courses in the Central Florida area, it has seen many changes over the years. In its early years, Rio Pinar hosted the PGA Tour's Florida Citrus Open from 1966 to 1978.
