Southern Dunes

About the club

The par 72 course at Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is a unique member of the Orlando golf family. This course plays over 7,200 yards and the lush undulating terrain is a change from the typically flat layouts of Orlando. This hillside course features very large and undulating greens with high-lipped bunkers that you need to navigate around. A very nice feature is the high and ornamental grasses that border the holes and help frame the course. The tree-lined holes and strategic bunkering make this a brilliant risk/reward course to negotiate. The fairways are tight and this results in a real golfing test for even the most accomplished of players to enjoy. Five sets of tees ensure that golfers of all levels will enjoy this exceptional and distinctive course. The club prides itself on its immaculate upkeep and the staff are incredibly welcoming as well as knowledgeable. There is also a golf performance centre here should you wish to improve your skills before having another shot at the course.
