About the club

It is in 1988, date of the centenary of Biarritz Le Phare, that the International Training Center at the Golf of Ilbarritz opens its doors. Built on the former domain of the mysterious and very rich Baron Albert de l'Espée, one can see all along the course the remains of his magnificent castle. Ideally designed for the training and improvement of golf enthusiasts of all levels, the Ilbarritz International Golf Training Center benefits from an exceptional setting and an original architectural concept, designed by Pierre THEVENIN; reproducing around a circular space, all the game situations encountered on a classic course.
