About the club

At the crossroads of the roads to Quimper and Concarneau and only a few kilometers from the south Finisterian coast, the Bluegreen golf course of L'Odet welcomes you all year round. Designed by Robert Berthet, the Bluegreen de l'Odet golf course opened in August 1986. Its two golf courses are set in the heart of a superb 130-hectare wooded and flowered estate, in a typical landscape of ponds and Breton slopes bordering the wide fairways on either side. Very close to the seaside resort of Bénodet, it is one of the best 18-hole courses in Finistère. The environment and the quality of maintenance of the courses allow players to enjoy a golfing experience and a pleasant moment of relaxation. You will appreciate the variety of holes on the 18-hole course (PAR 72). The century-old oaks and pines are omnipresent but the wide fairways will delight long, occasionally imprecise hitters. The greens are shallow and well defended by sentinel bunkers. They often require quite strategic angles of attack. The first 9 holes are rather short and technical, quite different from the return where you will find yourself in a wilder setting with a very interesting endgame. All in all, a challenge that can be tricky for good golfers, without frightening the average player. The Bluegreen golf course in L'Odet has many partnerships with local accommodation providers. Come and play in a golf course located 2 km from the ocean. The compact 9-hole course (PAR 27) is perfectly adapted for beginners and children. A driving range (including 12 covered positions), a putting and an approach green allow you to practice. Two teachers provide individual or group golf lessons, as well as golf courses adapted to your level for adults or juniors. Within its vast club-house, you will benefit from a proshop which offers a wide choice of clothing and equipment. The restaurant is open for lunch every day and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the golf course.
