Golf Club de Mignaloux
About the club
On 92 hectares, the relatively flat golf course fits into the landscape of a multitude of trees, lime trees, tall poplars, maples, hornbeams, redwoods, Himalayan pines, bald cypresses, acers and other deciduous trees of all kinds. Trees participate in the game of golf by creating landmarks, obstacles, screens, optical illusions, sensations of space. The golf course meanders and intertwines among the trees, sometimes brushing against some old ponds where water lilies are spread out and which serve in May as a love nest for green frogs. In the spring, the fauna and flora awaken, deer, ducks, water hens, rabbits, grey herons, take possession of their territory in the evening. Wild orchids in your golf course, rare plants of a remarkable beauty, they contribute to the balance of biodiversity, the trained eye will perhaps be able to admire them. In autumn, the trees change colors to survive, along the 11th it is the blaze of the red oaks of America. The liquidambars, maples, beeches, ash trees are adorned with yellows, reds and browns, bringing notes of color in this vast monochrome of greens.
