About the club

At the gates of Rennes, the capital of Brittany, discover a privileged site where charm, relaxation and a gentle way of life are the key words. The Domaine de la Freslonnière is the history of the same family for more than 800 years. Its owners have at heart to preserve this heritage, and to enhance it by activities that respect this privileged environment. The golf course opened its doors in June 1989, and was built on 60 hectares of the château's grounds, in the heart of the forest whose century-old trees have been piously preserved. Its rhododendron massifs and its multiple tree species make it a charming golf course, well protected from the winds. Par 72 of 5650 m with omnipresent greenery, water obstacles hidden just about everywhere, it is a course where it is important to know how to place the ball and think about your shots.
