About the club

The Golf of Montauban L'Estang is located at the gates of Montauban, 5 minutes from downtown. On a 55-hectare site, the Montauban golf course is set in the green setting of the hundred-year-old oaks of the Prat de l'Estang. The trees, present on the major part of the course, therefore give an authentic character to the site. They draw the fairways, surround the greens and transform the landscape according to the seasons. A championship type course which hosts since 2019 the Montauban Ladies Open, an event of the European circuit sanctioned by the LETAS (Ladies European Tour Acces Series). Designed by Yves Bureau, this 18-hole course, the longest in the region, is a par 72 of 6346 m with a layout where the difficulty is adapted according to the level of each player. It is a flat course with raised greens serving superb panoramic views, long par 5's. Set in a preserved nature: the outward journey, a change of scenery, in a pleasantly wooded area and the return journey in a bright and sporty plain designed around a 2.5 hectare lake.
