About the club

The original Vert course was designed by Harry S. Colt. The closest of any course to the center of Paris, Saint Cloud has naturally hosted a number of French Opens, though it seems to lack the length necessary to attract contemporary tournaments. What the Vert does offer is a lovely, venerable and refined setting with excellent scenery, in particular the view of the Eiffell Tower from the 8th tee. Play at the private Saint Cloud is limited to members and guests, but those lucky enough to receive an invitation can marvel at a property that once belonged to Napoleon's beloved Josephine.
