Golf de Villenave d’Ornon

About the club

The Golf de Villenave d'Ornon extends over an area of 100 hectares in New Aquitaine, in the department of Gironde (33). It is located 15 minutes from downtown Bordeaux, less than 10 minutes from the train station, on the estate of Château de Geneste along the Garonne River. The golf course is part of UGOLF's sustainable development approach, which aims to enhance the natural environment of the course made up of old gravel pits, and to preserve the 20 hectares of water. The design and architecture are signed by the architect Michel Niedbala. The Villenave d'Ornon golf course opened its doors in September 2017.
