Golf Des Sables d'Olonnes
About the club
Acquired by Joël and Isabelle Gautier in 1989, the course which will become the Golf des Olonnes and then the Golf des Sables d'Olonne in 2017 was designed by the architect Bruno Parpoil, in a naturally hilly setting only 4 km from Les Sables-d'Olonne, on the site of the Château de la Pierre Levée, an 18th century historical monument. Thanks to its ponds, its biodiversity and its natural obstacles, the course is sporty and attractive. It is characterized by two distinct parts with full automatic watering: the high zone with holes 1 to 9 where players with powerful drives will appreciate the depth of holes 2, 5, 7 and 8. The low zone with holes 10 to 18 is more technical and the playing strategy is more marked by water features. The course is completed by a spacious driving range, a large double-deck putting green and a pitching green, reserved for our Club's clients. This course is attractive, reasonable, and suitable for players of all levels.
