About the club

Created in 1988 on one of the marvelous islands of the Loire in the commune of Le Cellier, this nugget is worth the detour to discover its particularities, its hundred-year-old ash trees and its drawing by Michel Gayon. After passing the wooden bridge, access by La Varenne, the Golf Ile d'Or, offers you 2 courses, in a unique setting, an 18 holes par 72 of 6 292 meters and a compact 9 holes par 27 of 1 217 meters. On a sandy course, playable all year round, a quality training area will also allow you to work on your game in excellent conditions. Alexandre ROBERT, assisted by Jacky VEILLARD, manages his maintenance team: Mickaël ANGE, Aymeric GUILLOT and Hector FOUQUET. GOLF ILE D'OR's WELCOME, Agnès CHAUVAT and Baptiste MANDEAU, a real team of professionals, from 9 am to 6 pm, organizes the life of the club in a friendly way. The PRO-SHOP presents on the spot its showcase of a wide choice for your equipment, your balls, your technical clothing, your shoes, your gloves, your logoted clothes, ask for advice.
