Brunswick Country Club

About the club

Brunswick Country Club was established in 1920, with its course originally designed by the renowned golf course architect Donald Ross. Ross, known for his strategic design philosophy, incorporated the natural landscape of the Georgia coast into the course layout, creating a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers. Over the decades, the club has maintained its commitment to preserving the classic Ross design, while also adapting to modern golfing standards. In the mid-20th century, the club underwent several updates to its facilities and course to accommodate the growing membership and evolving golf technology. These changes were carefully managed to ensure the integrity of Ross's original vision was preserved. Brunswick Country Club is a private club, offering membership through invitation or sponsorship by current members. The club maintains a traditional approach to membership, focusing on community and the love of the game.
