Well, they could not be more mistaken. One of the very best daily fee golf experiences in Atlanta, and perhaps the best on the south side, is right here at Crystal Lake Golf and Country Club.Denis Griffiths, Georgia’s famous golf course architect, whose creations include clubs all over the world, designed Crystal Lake’s golf course. Denis borrowed a bit from Scotland in the design here at Crystal Lake with a good bit of deception and links style bunkering.Located in Hampton, GA just south of Atlanta, Crystal Lakes is easy to get to – lying just a few minutes off of I-75 (Exit 221), south of the Eagle’s Landing exit. It so convenient you can reach it with just a few turns from most anywhere in Atlanta.Yet, Crystal Lake is more than just a great golf course. The Club is home to a charming clubhouse with an intimate dining room and special event area, delightful grille, pro shop, and fitness center.
