Der 18- und 6-Loch- Golfplatz wurde 1984 erbaut und befindet sich etwa drei Kilometer südlich des Kneippkurortes Ottobeuren, der durch seine Benediktinerabtei - eine der schönsten Barockkirchen Bayerns - berühmt ist. Das interessante Layout ist geprägt durch herrlichen alten Baumbestand und abwechslungsreiche Golfbahnen, sowie kurze Wege vom Green zum Tee. Mit seinen zahlreichen Wasserhindernissen und gut platzierten Bunkern ist der Platz wunderbar in das leicht hügelige Gelände eingebettet. The 18 and 6 hole golf courses were built in 1984 and are located about three kilometres south of the Ottobeuren Kneipp spa resort, which is famous for its Benedictine abbey - one of Bavaria's most beautiful Baroque churches. The fascinating layout is characterised by an impressive stand of old trees, holes promising plenty of variety and short paths between the greens and tees. Boasting plenty of water traps and well placed bunkers, the course is perfectly embedded in the gentle rolling hills of the surrounding countryside.
