About the club
The Refinery is a modern private members club on the fourth floor of Dorset House at Taikoo Place in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. It was set up with the local business community in mind and draws many working professionals from the surrounding offices. Members use it for client meetings and working lunches as well as unhurried evenings with friends, with a restaurant, a bar, lounges, private dining, a terrace and event space. The kitchen serves dim sum that members can order one piece at a time, which makes it easy to eat lightly between meetings.
