About the club

Balaton Golf is the first 18-hole golf course in Balaton region. It is situated between Balatonudvari and Örvényes and designed by the world-famous architect Hans-Georg Erhardt. The golf course is open to general public and warmheartedly welcomes golfers of all levels. The landscape features 4 lush fairways with versatile green, ponds, and forest with majestic pines. The course is adjacent to Balaton-Uplands National Park and includes old Örvényes mine that serves as a nature preserve. Presence of terrain changes, traverse ridges, and rolling hills offer more experienced golfers the opportunity to test their skills on the course. Beginners may learn golf basics on our well-maintained practice areas situated right in front of the club house. Come in and sample our hospitality, have a drink and a meal in the pleasant surroundings which are there for your enjoyment.
