About the club
Itasca Country Club was established in 1925 as part of the Chicago area's golf course expansion during the 1920s . The club was developed on former farmland in DuPage County, with E.B. Dearie Jr. designing the original layout . The course has maintained its classical design characteristics while undergoing several updates over the decades to adapt to modern playing conditions .

Checked out Itasca Country Club for the first time and I truly can’t stop raving about it. We went for curling but ended up staying for dinner at Fox & Turtle, and it was honestly the perfect way to spend our evening. The food was so good (the Itasca chicken was a standout), the ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the service was absolutely top-notch. Curling was fun for our entire family—we all participated, learned something new, and had such a great time. Would 100% recommend this experience to everyone.

Such a great atmosphere and great drinks...BLT is the drink in the photo and it was delicious! The waitress took her time to explain the drinks to us and gave us perfect recommendations. I would definitely go back.

We had our daughter’s Sweet 16 and it was breathtaking. The planning was excellent Genny was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. The day of the event the food was amazing, the venue beautiful with set up exactly how we discussed. Throughout the night the service was second to none! Will recommend and return for another event in the future!
