⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great day out at Carton House, playing the O’Meara Course with a group of lads. The course was in excellent condition, especially considering the time of year and the heavy rain in the days leading up to our round. While a bit soft in places, the greens were exceptional and played beautifully. A special mention to Shane and the Carton House team who were very accommodating and welcoming. The overall setup, service, and atmosphere were all top class and made for a really enjoyable experience. We’d highly recommend Carton House to anyone looking for a great day’s golf in a stunning setting. That back 9! Particularly 14 through to 18 - What an amazing homestretch!

The golf course is fabulous, I've played here several times, both the o'mera and Montgomery courses. The food in the carriage house was excellent, slight bit expensive. The server in the restaurant was brilliant, the only fault I have with the place was the front of house woman was very rude and not accommodating, we actually got the impression she didn't want to be there at all.

The course is well laid out and ground conditions were good with little muck balls at end of March. Greens not the best but well playable. Nice par 3's
