Luttrellstown Castle

About the club

Just twenty minutes from Dublin airport, set on 567 acres of lush private parkland, lies a championship golf course befitting a country in the top tier of global golfing destinations. Masterfully designed down to the last detail by celebrated course architects Donald Steel and Tom MacKenzie, the 18-hole championship Golf Course at Luttrellstown Castle Resort is 7,347 naturally-contoured yards of mature parklands, links-style bunkers, water hazards, and a state-of-the-art, alpine lodge-style clubhouse, all set within the walls of a centuries-old private estate. The only thing to rival the quality of golf on offer is the spectacular setting. From the famous River Liffey flowing past the time-worn Doric Temple and boathouse, to the majesty of the towering 15th-century Irish castle hiding amongst the trees, it’s a challenge to concentrate on your game when you’re surrounded by such incredible scenery. At the end of eighteen holes, a state-of-the-art, alpine lodge-style clubhouse awaits you, your playing partners, and your stories of success. Fully stocked with a wide selection of quick bites, hot meals, great wines, and cold beers, it’s the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the panoramic views of the course you’ve just conquered. The Golf Course at Luttrellstown Castle Resort is passionately maintained by a team of expert groundskeepers and professionals. Facilities include a chipping area, a 9-hole putting green, and a 3-hole short course.
