Woodhaven Country Club: Family

We recently hosted a corporate event at this venue, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Carrie and Danielle stood out with their outstanding communication skills and accommodating nature, instantly putting us at ease. On the day of the event, their flexibility in allowing us to arrive early for setup and make last-minute adjustments ensured everything ran seamlessly and created a fantastic atmosphere for our clients. The food was absolutely incredible—our guests couldn’t stop talking about it throughout the evening. Beyond that, the entire team working our event demonstrated courtesy, timeliness, and initiative at every step. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the event flawless. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue. This team went above and beyond, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning a corporate gathering or special occasion.

Carrie and Danielle were excellent to work with. They have an all-inclusive package that included the venue, food, bar, centerpieces, etc. Totally worth it to not have to worry about those things. We opted out of the included DJ. We received SOOO many compliments on the food. Our guests were telling us it was the best wedding food they ever had. We also really appreciated the space available to get ready for both the bride and groom. And the morning of food options, the mimosas were a hit! There are also optional extras (outside the all inclusive cost) that are a separate cost but totally worth it for us (ie: ceremony backdrop, greenery wall for LED sign, etc.). I would highly recommend Woodhaven for ease of use and flexibility of space and price.

Very nice golf course, alittle challenging, Just keep a eye on your golf gps since some of the holes are listed differently such as hole 2 is actually 6. The people was very friendly.

The best food I’ve had at a Louisville Country Club. Well priced and friendly staff. The pool is amazing for kids to make friends and slide down the three slides all day long. I don’t trust the lifeguards and neither should you.

Woodhaven County Club was a very nice experience. I was there for mt best friend wedding, everyone was very professional. The staff done an exceptional job! They made sure that everyone was taken care of and everything was in order. The food was delicious, and the place itself was very clean. Yes I would recommend this place for your wedding or family gatherings.
