Pretty far from any amenities. Noisy rooms. Uncomfortable beds and rude, money hungry staff and management at the clubhouse. I explained that we didn’t have good sleep and needed 30-60 minutes extra to checkout as checkout time is 10am, manager had no concept of customer service what so ever and she wanted to charge us extra $50 for the late checkout. Avoid and find another place to stay.

Really enjoyed this golf course. Fun and challenging. Great layout and conditions were superb. The facilities and food are also fantastic. Everything at New Seabury has that premium private club feel.

Beautiful place for a wedding. The staff was excellent. Never saw them stop moving. Appetizers were plentiful. I was too full to try the deserts.

I only had lunch at the club but my host raved about the pool and golf. The public areas of the restaurant and lounges are gorgeous. We dined with a view of the ocean. The food was excellent. I enjoyed my shrimp tempura with soba and the clam chowder. Out of courtesy to my host I didn't take photos during the meal. I was able to take few photos of the lounge.

Very disappointed in our experience. The pool staff is run by indifferent and inexperienced kids. We went on a quiet day where there were few patrons so the bored staff played football over and around the pool. We spent our time dodging their missed catches. The next day there was a terrible storm, leaving a good part of the cape without electricity. Most hotels in the area have functioning generators, but for whatever reason this upscale establishment didn’t. It wasn’t until 5 minutes before it was time for the staff to go home (Approx 5 hours after the blackout started) did a manager come by and communicate with us the situation. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. The next day our toddler was asked to leave the mai pool. Apparently it’s against policy to have babies in the main pool. Who knew? It’s not posted anywhere on their website or at the pool. Why market yourselves as a kid friendly resort and then write in the fine print that kids are excluded from certain locations. Would have preferred this information upfront before we chose to spend our family vacation here. Overall not the enjoyable relaxing family vacation we had expected based on the marketing we had read. Lacks the professionalism & quality we expect of fine resorts at this price point.
