My husband and I were married here earlier this month, and it was truly the most amazing day. From start to finish, everything was perfect — even more than we had dreamed of. We cannot thank Jennifer, the bar staff, and the wait staff enough. From the wedding rehearsal the night before to the moment we left the next evening, every detail was handled flawlessly. We never once had to look for a drink or an appetizer — everything was right there when we needed it. The level of service, care, and warmth we experienced was beyond what we could have hoped for. We truly cannot say enough about The Inn. Thank you for making our special day unforgettable.

It was nice driving through the property. Definitely not walkable unless you’re trying to get a workout in. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo and it was spacious and clean. We had to ask for extra trash bags and paper towels from housekeeping, which arrived past 9 pm. Everything was fine until we got to the Cabana club. We got there early so we were the first few people to use the pool. It was gross! There were visible hair and bugs floating like they didn’t even attempt to vacuum the pool over night. You couldn’t pay me to dunk my head in there. I’ve seen cleaner public pools than this and was disappointed as this place isn’t cheap! Unfortunately, our child got HMFD from being in their pool. We’re 100% sure since she sat on the ledge and in the incline and all her rash/lesions are concentrated on the bum/leg area. I also got food poisoning from one of their restaurants, which I spoke to a manager but never heard back from again. I was so sick I couldn’t drive home. I’ve tried to contact management regarding our stay, but no one even tried to return my call. They obviously don’t care if you’re just visiting and not a member. Safe to say we won’t be coming back.

This is marketed as a hotel, but it's really not a hotel. It's a Country Club and wedding venue with small Cottages for weddings. We booked a cottage thinking it was an actual hotel; but we were the only people around. The restaurant and bar were closed, the pool was closed and even the beach access was closed. I understand it's not yet "peak" season, but it was a beautiful 22° day and we specifically booked the hotel for the Pool and Beach, so it was incredibly disappointing to not be able to use these on a beautiful day. They also have no cleaning service and you're expected to clean the rooms yourself. Again, this is fine but it was not clear when booking that this was the situation. The grounds of the hotel are nice enough, and the few staff we did interact with (at the Country Club) were very nice. I just think it's very unfortunate that it was not more clear that this was not an actual hotel or resort. We ended up leaving a full day early, even though we'd prepaid for the room, which is obviously not ideal but a reflection of how disappointing the experience was.

We had booked an accomodation for 6 persons and clearly stated the number of arriving guests. However the house was neither equipped nor ready for 6 guests: e.g. The house only has 4 chairs and the sofabed wasnt made up. We immediately called the reception, which was around 7 pm. Despite several calls the service staff did not work on any kind of resolution and left us stuck with the situation. We ended up covering the kids with towels. Absolutely not acceptable. Plus from the photos you get the impression the houses are beackfront - unfortunately the sea is nowhere close/walkable. Very disappoiting. We had contacted the accomodation directly after checkout but up until today (2 weeks ago) nobody has responded despite an auto-response.

Absolutely beautiful location. The grounds are lovely. The service is only ok. My husband and I have been looking forward to our stay here for months. We booked a two bedroom condo at the rate of 800 per night - mistakenly assuming it would look like the photos we viewed online. It’s way small with only the bare minimum of amenities. Forget about cooking on the 2X4 kitchen - barely equipped much less counter space. No outdoor grill however an outdoor table. Consider the unit a 2 bathroom hotel room. We had to buy a fire stick as the antiquated Tv only offers 3 channels - bare bones cable. My husband called management to see if we could check out early - management was snooty and offered us a whopping 250 dollars off our 5600 dollar stay. (Plus, plus, plus) My advice is to find a beautiful VRBO but stay away from this property.
