The catering is delicious & the bar staff are knowledgeable, friendly & fast! Would recommend for functions or other yatch club activities. Plenty of parking available

We absolutely love the Winthrop Yacht Club!!! We had our wedding there in September 2025 and it was truly the most beautiful day. Jianna was so kind, genuine, and accommodating every step of the way — she played a huge role in making our wedding such a magnificent success. Gemma and the rest of the team were incredible as well, always jumping in to help with warmth and a smile. Everyone went above and beyond to make the day seamless and special. We’re so grateful for their care and heart. This venue will always hold a special place in our story. Thank you everyone!!!💗✨

Always a pleasure to come to the Winthrop yacht club when I’m in town and get to catch up with a of mine from Mass Maritime!

The place has a dated feel, but seems to be generally well cared for and is in a terrific location. The restaurant offers American fare in a family setting; meals and dirty dishes must be self bussed. There's a small/fun tiki bar out on one of the docks that offers some small bites and drinks for limited hours of the day. The folks lingering at the club seemed mostly to be middle-aged or younger folks with kids. The food was generally good and the clientele and staff were all welcoming and friendly. On busy holidays local parking is limited but there's a large municipal lot a short walk further down the coast. The area is definitely family focused and seems quite populated and safe.

Winthrop Yacht Club is a great place to enjoy the water! The marina has slips for 167 boats, and there is a beautiful view of the sunrise from the club's deck. The club also has a restaurant and bar, and there are often events and activities taking place. I would highly recommend Winthrop Yacht Club to anyone looking for a place to enjoy the water!
