Private community. I live in kent island estates but take golf lessons by the gold pro here Jamie. The community is awesome on the water tons of amenities. Boat ramps, boat slips tennis courts and a great golf course. They also have a great putting course and sand course. 👍 Place is awesome. Im not a big fan of HOA community's. Hence why I live in Kent Island Estates. But this place is awesome.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Nice beach with piers and a Hall. We had a family members memorial there and it was perfect!
