Bedfordshire Golf Club
About the club
The Bedfordshire Golf Club has a rich history stretching back to its founding in 1891. This venerable club began on a site in Cable Lane before relocating to its present location in 1912. The new site boasted a challenging course layout designed by the well-known golf architect, Herbert Fowler. As of 2019, the club was reported to be open to new members of all proficiency levels; though interested individuals should confirm with the club directly. Golf societies and visitors were also welcome at several designated times each week.
