We have worked with Haley at Thousand Oaks for several years to plan our credit union holiday party. Communication is great. She is quick and efficient in planning and providing estimates and floor plans. On the evening of our event, the staff was absolutely wonderful. One of the servers even helped one of my guests who uses a cane to walk with getting their plate to the table and ensuring they had everything they need. They always go above and beyond to make our group feel welcome! The venue is always lovely. It was decorated for the holidays and they had the fireplace going which set a nice relaxing atmosphere.

We host our Board and Management Christmas Dinner here every year, and once again the event was fantastic. The staff was attentive and welcoming, and the food was amazing—especially the tenderloin carving station, which was a highlight of the evening. Haley is always a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is just right. She truly helps make our event seamless and enjoyable. We couldn’t ask for a better experience and look forward to many more events here.

We are so glad we booked Thousand Oaks for our July 2025 wedding! When touring the place I was so impressed with the beautiful drive in and how clean everything was! Haley made the whole planning process so easy and she had great communication that made everything smooth and exactly what we wanted! We planned for our ceremony to be inside since our wedding was in July and loved having a private family ceremony in the Oak Leaf Lounge upstairs, taking pictures, and then having everyone join us for the ceremony downstairs. We were able to get ready in the locker rooms and had a fantastic lunch provided by them. Diane was so incredibly kind and attentive through the whole day while we got ready and while the night went on. The whole staff was professional and friendly and so many family/friends have complimented how awesome they were! I would highly recommend having events/weddings at Thousand Oaks!
