White Pine National Golf Club

About the club

At White Pine National Golf Resort you’ll find that the course, designed by Bruce and Clem Wolfrom, has taken the ecologically sound approach to golf course design. You’ll find a genuine golf course laid out on the most select sites available on more than 400 acres of land. The result is the best Northeast Michigan golf course. Our world class conditions will bring out the absolute best in your Northeast Michigan golf game. You’ll find that White Pine National is fair to the high handicappers and challenging to the low handicappers. You won’t find any water holes. The challenge is provided by the length of the holes, bunker placement and green size. We have something here for every golfing style. Every green is placed in a very natural setting. In fact, you’ll find that we haven’t made major alterations in the terrain at White Pine National. We’ve done everything possible to maintain the natural beauty of the area to enhance your enjoyment of Northeast Michigan golf. Set among majestic pines and hardwoods, White Pine National Golf Resort offers a chance to spot wildlife in its natural habitat. Deer often graze on our fairways, eagles have been spotted in the area and in the early summer you’ll be serenaded by a wide variety of song birds. White Pine National Resort has been selected by Audubon International as one of the top 100 environmentally friendly courses in the USA. White Pine has also been awarded the Golf Course Superintendent Association of America’s Environmental Stewardship Award. We have a strong commitment to ecologically sound land management and to the conservation of our resources.
