Went to a Mahjong Tournament here. The facilities were beautiful and the food and services excellent!

Member for five years. Would not recommend joining. “Invited clubs”, formerly “club corp”, is the epitome of a corporate-run club that has lost all personal touch - to members and employees alike. They see you as a number. Certainly not focused on the people or the game of golf. I joined primarily for the golf, and I still like the course… but there are many good courses elsewhere in the Carolinas. I like a lot of the members and employees, but the administrative and mgmt side of this club has ruined it. Employee turnover is terrible. So many good people don’t stick around here… The restaurant and food are very inconsistent. They did improve the practice area a lot in the last couple years, but the range still isn’t very good to practice anything between 40-115yds (which are the most important scoring shots for most of us to practice before a round). I joined elsewhere this year, and now on this side of it, I’m just kicking myself for not leaving sooner. If you get a corporate membership through work, fantastic. Take full advantage. If you are paying out of pocket… join somewhere else. —Last year they actually closed the course for the whole season while they “renovated the course”, and still charged us all full-dues the whole year. Did not improve anything - slightly changed shapes of greens, re-did tee boxes which all died within a month of reopening - not worth the wait or the thousands of dollars I was billed in that time. No compensation was offered or given. They do not care about you here. The extra star is for the good people who are still there, and because the course is a challenging fun track. But after 5 years, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the experience.

It was fine. Your typical country club atmosphere, food, and coffee.

Attended a wedding n Saturday. The facility is beautiful!!! High ceilings with big wooden beams, and beautifully appointed bar for cocktail hour, and great outdoor space for the ceremony!!!! The food was excellent, staff helpful and pleasant. All in all a GREAT experience! Highly recommend !!!

As a photographer I love this club. They take great care of my clients. I have been doing events there starting in 2004. Its a fantastic place with great food. And the grounds and the banquet space is lovely.
