I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at Old Edwards Inn and Spa. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and truly elevated. The spa experience was absolutely incredible. I enjoyed massages on both my first and second day, and Lakeisha and Jason were nothing short of phenomenal—professional, intuitive, and incredibly skilled. Each session left me feeling completely relaxed and restored. A special thank you to Kay and Sebastian, who were the perfect duo to give me a tour and ensure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Their warmth and attention to detail made such a difference. Alex was also a true gem, so kind, attentive, and welcoming. Dining and drinks were equally memorable. Dinner at Madison’s was excellent, and cocktails at both The Hummingbird Lounge and The Cottage Bar were perfectly crafted with great ambiance. I also visited The Doghouse, where the drinks were delicious and the vibe was fun and inviting. I had the pleasure of staying in both the Spa Suite and the Deluxe Cottage Suite. The Spa Suite was especially lovely, featuring a beautiful soaking tub and a cozy fireplace that made the experience feel incredibly relaxing. Thank you again to Kay, Sebastian, Alex, and the entire Old Edwards team for such a beautiful experience. And thank you, Management for taking care of all my needs and concerns. Top notch service and im so grateful you all made my birthday trip so pleasant . Highly recommend for a relaxing and therapeutic stay!

We had dinner on Christmas Eve at the Old Edwards Inn. From Mary who greeted us when we got there our evening was fabulous. Shafay, our waiter, provided amazing service - 12 on a scale from 1 to 10. Ana, the Sam was very knowledgeable about wines and what we ordered. We met Melissa Delaney. Who is an amazing salesperson. She has almost convinced us to move Highlands. Maybe that is in the cards Thank you to the entire staff for making our Christmas Eve so memorable.

Old Edwards Inn is even more amazing than I imagined. It is quietly elegant with beautiful architecture and furnishings, and offers so much diversity in restaurant/cocktail areas, room options, and quiet areas. Just to wander around the grounds is a pleasure. The spa is an incredible experience with its attentive, top notch staff and its quiet/meditation areas with fires and water features. The attention to detail is exquisite. The small details that are meticulously added such as the attendant greeting you when you pull in, the porter explaining all of the room details when he brings your bags in to your room, umbrellas at entry/exit areas when it rains, the turn down service turning on the fire on a cold evening, shutting the curtains/shutters, warming the floor tiles and heated towel rack. In short, Old Edwards Inn goes above and beyond to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Old Edwards Inn is absolutely beautiful — a true gem in Highlands. The hotel itself is stunning, with plenty of hiking nearby to enjoy the mountains and fresh air. The spa is so relaxing, with multiple relaxation rooms and one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The food across all the restaurants is excellent, with Four65 being a standout favorite. I’ve been to Highlands many times and usually stay at a house, but we decided to treat ourselves at the hotel this time — and it was so worth it. The rooms are very updated, spacious, and comfortable, making the stay feel extra special. I’ve also attended three weddings here, and it’s hands down the best wedding food I’ve ever had. If you’re planning a wedding, definitely go with stations instead of a sit-down dinner — the stations are social, offer tons of food choices, and the spread is both beautiful and delicious. It truly makes for a memorable event. Beyond that, there’s so much to do on the property — from the amazing pool to croquet, cozy fireplaces, and more. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, especially the president and managing director, Richard, and his wife Melissa. Their presence and kindness really make the experience feel even more personal. All in all, Old Edwards Inn & Spa is not just a hotel, but a full experience. Whether you’re visiting for a getaway, a wedding, or just to enjoy Highlands, it’s a place that never disappoints. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay at Old Edwards Inn and Spa. The property is absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. I always love a hotel that offers a nightly turndown service :) and the fact that the outdoor pools are open 24 hours, which felt exciting and unique. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout our visit, which made the experience feel even more special. We stayed in one of the small cottages, and it was cute, quaint and very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful getaway and one we look forward to repeating. Thanks so much :)
