As a wedding planner, I had the pleasure of working with The Club at 12 Oaks for a recent wedding, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. The entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the couple’s day exceptional. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and seamless coordination made the planning process smooth from start to finish. On the wedding day, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran perfectly and that the couple felt supported and celebrated. It’s always a joy to work with a venue that cares as much as we do about creating a flawless, memorable day—and The Club at 12 Oaks truly delivers on that every time!

I got married here in April. My husband and I had an outdoor wedding and we also used the indoor “fancy tent”. I had a small intimate wedding but it was amazing and filled with so much joy. David B, went through great lengths to ensure that my vision came true and I can’t thank him and the rest of the staff enough. David and his team even assisted with decorations as I showed him everything I wanted and he exceeded those expectations. They catered to our guests and everyone had a wonderful time. There was an abundance of food and drinks for four hours. (The food was spectacular). The venue is perfect to host all types of events. It’s absolutely gorgeous here. Thank you for making our beautiful day so special!!

I have much to say. I had my wedding here last month and I couldn't be happier with choosing 12 oaks as my venue. First of all, beautiful venue with incredibly reasonable pricing. Second, JESSE the event coordinator is amazing at his job. He makes you feel special, coordinates like a pro, so accommodating and even helped me with decor planning and even setting up! That was completely out of his job description, but he did it without being asked. Wonderful human being for sure. The food and beverage services provided were attentive and delicious. I HIGHLY recommend checking this venue out for your future events.

We had our sons wedding luncheon at the club at twelve oaks and it was handled so well. Victoria Musselwhite is a dream to work with. She made sure every detail we asked for was done to perfection. Due to covid they had to cancel their reception and so we looked for a venue that could accommodate a wedding luncheon for family and close friends and stay within the guidelines of gatherings. It was ideal and made a very unusual time feel perfect for the occasion. We would recommend them for any event. The staff was attentive, wonderful and efficient. The food was a delight. The decorations were put out exactly how we asked for them to be. ♥️

This was my first time to the Club. I was there for a ribbon cutting event. The food they provided was good, the staff was helpful and friendly. They are under new ownership. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and inviting. I will plan to use their facilities to future events. They have summer camps available that look very interesting for kids. There are a lot of amenities including, pools, golf, and another clubhouse.
