I'm still trying to understand how a yacht club can be listed as a non-profit organization. Yeah, I have pondered that question for some time. Must be something magical about the Wrightsville Yacht Club where it even bamboozled the North Carolina UCC so much it refuses to look into or even the IRS not even curious. So, what organizations do you support as a non-profit? How much do you spend on administrative costs in comparison to actually contributing to organizations? Again, what kind of non-profit? What's your mission statement? Does anyone know what Middle Sound Marina Association, Inc. actually does? It's registered as a non-profit, but no background information. What services does it offer?

The glass clear floating Commodore Club at WYC has the best view of the bridge, boats, and waterway from the all three glass sides.

Your private, floating Commodore Club has ruined for the rest of us the view of the bridge, boats, and waterway from the Bluewater Waterfront Grill.
