About the club
River’s Edge opened as North Platte Country Club in 1916. Since then, it has become one of the more established golf clubs in Central and Western Nebraska. The ninth hole was once one of the top 18 holes in all of Nebraska according to the Omaha World Herald. This long par 4 hole features the creek in front of a small bunkered green. Features of the course: Cart Rentals, Putting Green, Driving Range, Lessons, Rental Clubs, Pull Carts, Locker Room, Showers, Restaurant Lounge, Bar, Meeting Room, Swimming Pool, Nebraska Golf Association Member, Full Service Golf Shop, and River’s Edge is a soft spike only golf course.
