Greenbriar Oceanaire Golf Course opened in 2002 as part of the Greenbriar Oceanaire adult community development. The course was designed by renowned architect Arthur Hills and represents one of his signature New Jersey projects . Built on former farmland, the course was specifically designed to incorporate natural wetlands and environmental features of the coastal region . The layout features strategic water hazards on 14 holes and incorporates natural wetlands throughout the course. The design includes five sets of tees to accommodate various skill levels .

Attended a car show at Greenbriar with our British Car Club. I am on the right side with the club president and my 1999 Jag XK-8 In British Racing Green. Other than the car show I didn’t experience much of the club but it looked beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating.
